Financial firms Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley were also there to discuss their internships and potential job opportunities. Students were able to speak with recruiters and ask them questions about their company and the job opportunities they offer. In addition, students were able to get a feel for the company culture and see if they would be a good fit. The job fair was also a great opportunity for students to practice their interview skills. Many of the employers offered mock interviews, giving students the chance to practice their interviewing skills in a low-pressure environment. Overall, the Columbia University Job Fair was a great success.
